Cu(OH)2(s) + H2SO4(aq) CuSO4(aq) + 2 H2O(l)
If you heat the pentahydrate strongly, you'll drive off the hydration waters and obtain a fine white powder. This is anhydrous copper(II) sulfate, CuSO4.
